Although Bo-Lav is equipped to handle the worst case scenario, we take great care in selecting and training employees. All employees are subject to to a screening process and are introduced to our clients before embarking on a project. Once a qualified employee is selected we follow up on his/her performance by keeping a log of customer's comments,complaints and suggestions. Logs assist us in measuring our client's perception of our work while enheartening us to concentrate on areas that need improvement.
